Relationship Manager – Corporate Client Coverage

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Client Coverage team. In this role you will manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients, using profitability analysis and risk assessment to guide your actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement client management strategies based on profitability analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify growth sectors for investment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits.
• Attract new corporate clients and increase sales of banking services.
• Gather information on potential clients from various sources.
• Analyze credit facility requests and prepare recommendations for approval.
• Communicate decisions to clients and advise on terms and financing.
• Monitor credit risk and client accounts to ensure compliance and address issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large corporate banking relationship management.
• Strong selling, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
