Relationship Manager – Leasing Finance

About the role

Jordan Leasing Company is looking for a Relationship Manager to sell and market its leasing finance products, attract and serve clients, and help meet sales targets. The role covers client acquisition, product promotion, follow-up on applications and contracts, and regular visits to lessees.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, understand their needs for leasing finance products and deliver excellent service.
• Promote services internally and externally through direct and cross-selling and field visits to potential clients.
• Analyze leasing finance applications financially and credit-wise to support credit decisions.
• Follow up on incomplete transaction documents and obtain lessees' signatures on contracts, completing terms and guarantees before forwarding them.
• Handle client inquiries by phone and in person, resolve transaction issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Visit lessees periodically to check that leased assets are used for their intended purpose.

Required profile

• University degree in banking, administrative sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial and credit analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of the company's services and products.
