Relationship Officer - Mu'amayz Segment

About the role

Bank of Jordan is looking for a customer-focused Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with Mu'amayz customers, attract new customers, promote banking products, meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with Mu'amayz customers so their banking needs are met with a high level of service.
• Process banking transactions such as account openings, cross-selling, after-sales services and acquiring new Mu'amayz customers.
• Inform clients about banking products, services and procedures.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues quickly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain client files with accurate, up-to-date information and follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to deliver banking services smoothly.
• Stay informed on banking industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or banking, preferably in a relationship management role.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services.
• Basic understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in banking systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
