About the role

We are partnering with a leading influencer marketing agency based in Dubai to hire a Remote Influencer Marketing Manager. You will focus on the Arabic‑speaking market, shaping influencer strategies and casting for regional campaigns while collaborating closely with the Dubai headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead influencer casting and talent selection for all campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and audience fit.
• Build and maintain a robust network of influencers, agents, and talent managers across the region.
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into strategic talent recommendations.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management with influencers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating with strategy and client‑servicing teams in Dubai.
• Monitor market trends, emerging talent, and platform shifts to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of casting successful campaigns for the Arabic market.
• Deep knowledge of the regional influencer landscape, including rising and high‑performing talent.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely while staying aligned with a regional team.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
