Remote Sales Specialist – Outbound Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Sales Specialist to drive outbound business development for our international clients. The role focuses on high‑volume cold calling, prospecting, and booking qualified meetings with decision‑makers across target verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients and decision‑makers to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
• Navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and engage prospects using structured scripts and personalized approaches.
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow‑up tasks in real time within a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Maintain pipeline quality by focusing on qualified opportunities rather than sheer activity volume.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in outbound B2B sales or cold‑calling with a proven track record of consistent outreach.
• Fluent spoken English (C1+), able to build rapport quickly on cold calls.
• Resilient to rejection, self‑motivated, and able to meet daily call targets in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using a CRM to log activities and manage follow‑ups without supervision.
• Ability to independently identify and qualify target contacts using standard prospecting tools.
