Restaurant Captain and Waitstaff Positions

About the role

Rustic Bar & Eatery is expanding its team in Amman and is looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals. We have openings for a Restaurant Captain who will lead the floor and for waiters and waitresses who will deliver excellent service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas throughout the shift.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee smooth service flow.
• Address guest requests and issues promptly and professionally.
• For the Captain role: supervise daily floor operations, coordinate the service team, and support staff during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, bar, café or hotel environments (preferred).
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional appearance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good English language skills are an advantage.
