Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of the restaurant at Opal Hotel, ensuring service excellence that aligns with the hotel’s five‑star standards. You will be responsible for delivering a memorable guest experience while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain smooth service flow.
• Lead, supervise, and train the Food & Beverage team to uphold high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Control costs, manage the department budget and P&L.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP.
• Address guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu quality and presentation.
• Schedule staff shifts and balance workload distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lebanese cuisine restaurants.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality or hotel sector.
• Prior experience in 5‑star hotel properties.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
