Restaurant Operations Manager

About the role

Jordanian Food Origins seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple Zanjabeel restaurant branches, ensuring brand standards, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several locations, conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop restaurant managers and staff, manage recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Monitor sales, food and labor costs, waste and profitability; analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Ensure consistent guest experience, food quality, service speed and compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Support new branch openings, prepare SOPs and operational systems, and contribute to brand expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably managing multiple branches.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant cost control, inventory management and profitability drivers.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities with a hands‑on, commercially‑minded approach.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment.
