Retail Sales Manager

About the role

Jordan Kuwait Bank is looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead and execute retail banking sales strategies, drive sustainable growth and strengthen the bank’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive retail sales strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead initiatives to acquire customers, expand portfolios, generate revenue and increase market penetration across retail banking products.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs and performance improvement plans for sales teams and channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments and partnerships to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with Branch Network Management, Product Development, Marketing, Digital Banking and other stakeholders to execute integrated sales campaigns.
• Analyze performance, customer behavior, market trends and competitor activities to drive business development.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance guidance to foster a high‑performance, customer‑centric sales culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing or related field; master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience with substantial retail sales, business development or sales management exposure.
• Proven track record of achieving retail sales targets, driving portfolio growth and leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, customer segmentation, distribution channels and sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Experience with sales performance dashboards.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
