Sales & Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive growth of our healthcare technology solutions in Jordan. You will build relationships with clinics, medical centers and other healthcare providers, generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell healthcare technology solutions to clinics, medical centers, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and follow‑up activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records and monitor acquisition performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical software or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
