Sales Manager – Cardiovascular Portfolio

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of its Cardiovascular portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will own revenue targets, commercial excellence, and market development across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets and expand market share for the Cardiovascular portfolio.
• Set, monitor and deliver annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals with disciplined execution.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning and inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Manage distributor performance through objective setting, business reviews and corrective actions.
• Develop pricing, commercial and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, key customers and healthcare institutions.
• Identify market opportunities and launch strategic growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory and clinical teams.
• Provide regular business updates, revenue reports and performance reviews to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
• Strong experience with distributor‑led business models and commercial strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
