Sales Manager – Levant Region

About the role

Kerry is seeking a Sales Manager for the Levant region to drive profitable growth of flavours and functional ingredients. The role focuses on bakery and beverage applications while also covering dairy and meat segments. You will combine technical knowledge with commercial execution to expand existing accounts and create new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow sales of flavours and functional ingredients across Syria, Jordan and Lebanon.
• Develop and deepen relationships with key accounts in bakery, beverage, dairy and meat.
• Translate customer needs into tailored ingredient and flavour solutions together with R&D and technical teams.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts and regional account plans.
• Identify new opportunities through market mapping, prospecting and network activation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to drive growth.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with R&D, supply chain, marketing and regulatory.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline and demand planning.
• Represent Kerry at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 + years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients or flavours.
• Proven track record in bakery and beverage sales, with exposure to dairy and meat.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex negotiations.
