About the role

A leading retail group in the GCC is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Trainer to support its SAP S/4 Hana transformation. The role focuses on delivering finance and accounting training to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on SAP S/4 Hana for finance and accounting users.
  • Create and maintain training materials, e‑learning content and user guides.
  • Utilise content creation tools such as WalkMe and Articulate 360 to enhance learning experiences.
  • Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to align training with business processes.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience delivering training on SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP FI‑CO or related finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
