Senior Account Executive (Marketing)

About the role

The Senior Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between our agency and its clients, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and marketing initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, act as the primary point of contact, and address concerns and inquiries.
• Project Coordination: Work with creative, performance, and other cross‑functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to create marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and provide insights based on industry trends.
• Campaign Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance indicators, analyze results, and deliver data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
• Client Communication: Prepare regular progress reports, campaign summaries, and other client‑specific documents, communicating effectively via meetings, email, and phone.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client accounts within a marketing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical mindset for monitoring campaign performance and providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for regular client updates and reporting.
