Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Hammoudeh Food Industries is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to shape and execute trade marketing strategies that boost sales, increase brand visibility and strengthen our market presence across multiple channels in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans aimed at driving sales growth and gaining market share.
• Plan, launch and manage promotional campaigns and in‑store marketing activities.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor actions and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee product launches and promotional activities across various distribution channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and calculate ROI of trade marketing programmes.
• Ensure strong brand presence and visibility within retail outlets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of delivering successful promotional and product launch campaigns.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
