Senior Application Developer

About the role

KEO Group is looking for a senior full‑stack digital practitioner to design, build and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that automate processes, surface intelligence and integrate AI across the enterprise. The role sits within the IT function and works across Microsoft platforms, Power Platform, data analytics and emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain solutions on the Microsoft stack – SPFx web parts.NET Core services, Azure Functions and Graph API integrations.
• Create and govern Power Platform applications, flows and Dataverse schemas, linking SharePoint Online, Teams and third‑party systems.
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot using Copilot Studio, custom connectors and prompt engineering.
• Build cross‑platform mobile apps with React Native and modern web front‑ends with React and Next.js.
• Transform raw data into Power BI dashboards, using Power Query, DAX and robust data‑modeling practices.
• Prototype AI‑augmented solutions with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI Builder.

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience delivering scalable, governed digital products.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and communicating with stakeholders.
