Senior BIM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation. The role combines design excellence, innovative use of technology, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to construction documentation.
• Develop, review, and approve Revit models and drawings in line with BIM standards.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary integration.
• Prepare construction documentation, authority submissions, BOQs, and specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and BIM modelers.
• Lead client presentations and design reviews.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, ACC workflows, and COBie requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Master’s a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural design and Revit‑based BIM projects.
• Strong design portfolio with proven ability to lead projects independently.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent presentation, leadership, and client communication skills.
