Senior Branding & Communication Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Branding & Communication Officer to lead strategic partnerships, collaborations, and events. The ideal candidate will build brand credibility through strong relationships, high‑impact events, and meaningful collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure high‑value partners across corporates, universities, NGOs, HR networks, and banks.
• Develop and implement collaboration models aligned with company objectives and manage the full partnership lifecycle.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including brand events, university activations, and product launches, both in‑person and hybrid.
• Coordinate sponsorships, manage event logistics, vendors, and ensure measurable outcomes such as leads and brand visibility.
• Develop and execute PR strategies, maintain media relationships, secure coverage across online, print, TV, and radio, and draft press releases and media briefs.
• Collaborate with Growth, MarCom, and Design teams to align campaigns and ensure all activations reflect brand standards.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in Partnerships, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven track record securing media coverage and managing PR relationships and events.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong network within media, brands, or business communities is a plus.
