Senior Business Development Manager – Jordan

About the role

INGOT is seeking a high‑energy Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in Jordan. You will identify new partnership opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help expand the company’s market presence in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential partnership and introducing broker opportunities.
• Communicate INGOT’s value proposition, technology, and procedures to external stakeholders.
• Support existing partnerships by delivering excellent service and performance.
• Monitor daily financial market developments and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top‑notch customer service.
• Expand market reach through strategic partner collaborations with minimal supervision.
• Travel regularly to establish and maintain partner relationships and organize events.
• Ensure business targets align with organizational expectations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably with quantifiable achievements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset for identifying opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
