Senior Data and Systems Management Consultant – Social Policy

About the role

UNICEF is looking for a Senior Data and Systems Management Consultant to lead the optimisation of its data processes and technology infrastructure in Jordan. The role focuses on strengthening system security, ensuring data quality, and supporting AI‑driven payment and performance monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems from threats and unauthorized access.
• Conduct data audits, cleansing and governance activities to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Provide technical support for payment processes and integrate AI solutions.
• Track performance issues, optimise system performance and resolve infrastructure challenges.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in data management, systems administration, security, networking, application development and cloud platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in NGOs.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
