IT Process Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

MedNet Jordan is seeking an IT Process Engineer to lead the analysis and redesign of business and operational processes within its managed‑care services. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and support business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end process re‑engineering projects from assessment through design, implementation, and stabilization.
• Design optimized workflows, procedures, and process maps using BPMN, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Act as the functional support focal point for business applications, ensuring alignment with process requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear process and application specifications.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor efficiency and benefits realization.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of process changes.
• Document processes, standards, and improvement outcomes while maintaining governance consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or business application support.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to work in low‑structure environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as BPMN and Microsoft Visio.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and documentation.
