AI Data Associate – French Language (Generative AI)

About the role

Amazon is building the future of human‑technology interaction through generative AI. We are seeking an AI Data Associate fluent in French to support high‑quality data labeling across multiple modalities, helping to train responsible large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon’s privacy policies.
• Label and evaluate data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video using internal tools and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality, human‑insight data that meets defined KPIs.
• Make sound judgments when information is ambiguous or incomplete.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types.
• Analyze root causes of labeling errors, propose improvements, and suggest SOP or tool changes.
• Provide floor support to resolve internal queries during execution.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Experience drafting client‑ready documents, emails, and internal reports.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (B1+).
• Fluent in French (C1+ or equivalent).
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions across projects.
• Research skills for gathering and synthesising information from multiple sources.
