Senior Director of Sales

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will oversee sales leadership, develop high‑performing teams, and optimize sales strategies across our digital‑focused portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leaders and Representatives to exceed performance goals.
• Design and execute strategic sales initiatives that increase revenue and improve overall performance.
• Monitor key sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability throughout the sales organization.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales on long‑term growth strategies and company sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and executive presentations.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to enhance lead quality and sales efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing managers or team leaders.
• Proven success leading high‑performing online or digital sales teams.
• Experience managing sales operations in a performance‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
