Senior Forward‑Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Forward‑Deployed Engineer at Unifonic, you will work directly with enterprise customers to translate business outcomes into production‑grade software. You will design, build, and hand over integrations that embed Unifonic’s AI‑driven CX platform into core systems, ensuring smooth adoption and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end integrations for CRMs, ERPs, contact centers and marketing stacks such as Freshdesk and HubSpot.
• Build and maintain reusable connectors and workflows using Zapier, Make or n8n, and document templates for repeatability.
• Engineer robust, observable solutions with OAuth2/JWT, Keycloak SSO, Kong API gateway, structured logging, Kibana dashboards and Postman collections.
• Drive delivery rigor – define scope, acceptance criteria, manage risks, transition from hyper‑care to stable usage and expansion.
• Orchestrate customer experiences via Flow Studio and Agent Console, providing telemetry on containment, AHT/ASA, escalations and cost per case.
• Contribute to the Professional Services playbook with discovery checklists, integration patterns and upgrade paths.
• Execute clean handovers to Support or Transition teams with comprehensive runbooks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience delivering integrations or SaaS products in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong customer‑facing delivery background, able to turn ambiguous requirements into working software.
