Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of cross‑channel visual assets for its diverse client base. You will translate client goals into compelling design solutions from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, including branding, marketing collateral, and digital media.
• Create and deliver motion graphics for web, mobile, and video platforms, collaborating with art, creative, and production teams.
• Prepare design plans, storyboards, and layouts, and select audio, video, colors, and animation elements.
• Edit raw video footage, add effects, and resolve technical or design issues with editors and producers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar senior role, preferably within an agency.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Motion graphics creation.
• Proficiency with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Video editing and effects application.
