Senior HR Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to support key HR functions, focusing on recruitment, training & development, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations under the supervision of the HR Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, coordinating with department heads and managing job offers.
• Support training and development plans, conduct needs analysis and follow up on approved programs.
• Manage the performance management cycle, collect and analyse evaluation results, and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Drive organizational development initiatives such as job descriptions, competency frameworks, career paths and succession planning.
• Maintain HR operations including employee records, attendance, onboarding, off‑boarding and HR transactions.
• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, training, performance, development, succession planning and OD projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 5‑7 years of HR experience covering recruitment, training, performance management, OD and operations.
• Hands‑on experience with interviews, training needs analysis, performance cycles, job descriptions and employee development plans.
• Strong analytical, reporting, follow‑up and coordination abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, ownership and professionalism.
