Senior Manager Business Partner – Jordan

About the role

Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager and Jordan Management Team, driving business growth through strategic planning, business development, governance, and execution of key initiatives. Lead market strategy, business planning, and transformation efforts while ensuring alignment with PMI priorities and sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on strategic priorities, business performance, and growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic reviews, annual planning, budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans.
• Develop market scenarios based on economic, regulatory, and competitive developments.
• Support pricing, portfolio, and revenue growth strategies.
• Translate strategy into clear action plans, projects, milestones, and KPIs.
• Lead project portfolio governance, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market, consumer, competitive, and regulatory analyses and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare management presentations, strategic reviews, and executive updates.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
