Senior Manager - Financial Operations

About the role

An experienced financial operations professional is sought to lead and oversee payment operations across multiple entities. The role ensures that financial transactions are processed accurately, on time and in compliance, while driving operational efficiency, risk management and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the payment operations function, covering deposits, withdrawals, transfers and related transactions.
• Oversee transaction processing, verification, reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, AML/CFT requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate with banking partners, payment providers and internal stakeholders.
• Review operational reports and advise senior leadership; support new payment solutions and systems.
• Maintain documentation, audit readiness and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead, coach and develop team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, banking operations or a related area.
• Previous leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, banking or payments is highly preferred.
