Senior Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

MoreCreative is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns for its diverse client base. This full‑time remote position will work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to deliver data‑driven results across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop media plans that align with client objectives and budget constraints.
• Set up, launch and monitor campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic DSPs.
• Analyse performance data, run A/B tests and optimise for ROI, ROAS, CPA and LTV.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test ad formats, audiences and messaging.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify new media opportunities, industry best practices and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital media buying or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record managing significant media budgets and meeting performance targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
