Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

About the role

The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager will lead the design, development and implementation of the M&E function for Cancer Care Insurance. This role ensures that programs, operations and strategic initiatives are monitored against defined objectives and performance indicators, providing reliable data for evidence‑based decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the department’s M&E function.
• Oversee performance frameworks, KPIs, data quality, validation and management reporting.
• Design and manage evaluation mechanisms to ensure consistent, reliable information.
• Strengthen accountability, audit readiness and continuous improvement across the department.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse performance, identify gaps and trends.
• Translate operational, financial and system data into actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Public Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in customer service, insurance or subscription operations.
• Experience in NGO, healthcare or donor‑funded environments is an asset.
