Senior Product Manager - Implantology

About the role

Straumann, a global leader in dental implants, instruments, biomaterials, CADCAM prosthetics, digital equipment, software and clear aligners, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its implantology portfolio in Amman, Jordan. The role reports to the Country Manager and covers product management, launches, marketing and pricing for existing and future products, driving topline business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own product and project management for the local portfolio, from pre-launch through full commercialization
• Lead new product launches, including timelines and market readiness, with Sales, Education, Finance, Logistics, Global Headquarters and other functions
• Manage product registration according to local requirements so products can be imported and sold on time
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans, positioning and launch toolkits
• Plan, prepare and run events and conferences
• Act as the main contact for Sales on product availability, pricing and competitive insights
• Track launch performance, sales results and market feedback to guide portfolio and commercial decisions
• Drive the local pricing strategy and approval process, including business cases
• Lead and manage the T&S specialist, and represent the country at headquarters and in corporate forums
• Travel domestically and internationally about 20%

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance or dentistry
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, marketing or a related field
• Proactive, creative and results-oriented, able to own multiple initiatives and present ideas clearly
• Strong organizational, decision-making and communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented and willing to learn
