Senior Product UI/UX Designer (Web & Mobile)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centric web and mobile applications for a multinational IT consulting and digital transformation provider. The role requires expertise in both left‑to‑right (LTR) and right‑to‑left (RTL) layouts and a strong product mindset throughout the design lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across LTR and RTL interfaces.
• Conduct research, discovery, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and detailed user flows.
• Own, maintain, and scale design systems across multiple digital products.
• Collaborate remotely with cross‑functional teams, synthesising feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas and proactively recommend best‑practice user flows.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in product design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centric product design for web and mobile.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD (or similar design tools).
• Design systems creation and maintenance.
• Wireframing, prototyping, and user‑flow mapping.
• UX research and usability testing.
• Inclusive and accessible design principles.
• Design for both LTR and RTL layouts.
