Senior Project Manager - Design

About the role

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong pre‑contract and design management background to lead multidisciplinary projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary design projects.
• Manage project scope, program, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and provide guidance.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and commercial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, or design consultancy.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex multidisciplinary projects, especially in pre‑contract and design stages.
• Strong stakeholder, client, program, resource, risk, and budget management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
