About the role
DalilTech is seeking a Senior QA Trainer to lead high‑impact training programs for software testing professionals. You will design and deliver curriculum covering manual, automation, performance, and API testing, ensuring learners acquire practical, industry‑aligned skills.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules for Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Provide hands‑on workshops using Selenium, JMeter, and Postman.
- Create practical exercises, labs, and real‑world scenarios for each topic.
- Track trainee progress, assess performance, and provide feedback.
- Keep training materials up‑to‑date with the latest QA standards and best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Manual, Automation, Performance, and API testing.
- ISTQB CTFL certification (mandatory).
- Strong teaching and communication abilities with a passion for knowledge transfer.
