Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Regional Markets)

About the role

Based in Jordan, the Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) for Regional Markets will lead the development and growth of strategic corporate relationships across international markets. The role focuses on cross‑border relationship building, revenue generation, and new‑to‑bank client acquisition, requiring regular travel and senior‑level engagement with CEOs, CFOs, shareholders and treasury stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic corporate clients, fostering long‑term senior relationships.
• Design global account strategies to increase revenue, profitability and share of wallet.
• Originate new‑to‑bank opportunities and identify cross‑border business in presence and non‑presence markets.
• Coordinate solutions across lending, trade finance, cash management, deposits and treasury.
• Lead complex client discussions, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Product and international teams to deliver cross‑border solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, exposure and emerging risks.
• Maintain accurate client information, account plans and pipeline management.
• Support the Executive Relationship Manager in strategy, client prioritisation and coaching junior team members.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Corporate, Commercial or Global Banking.
• Proven track record in relationship management, business development and cross‑border banking.
• Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
