Senior Sales Executive – Automotive Showroom

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors is seeking a confident, customer‑focused Senior Sales Executive to join the Zeekr team. You will handle inquiries, showcase vehicles, convert leads into showroom visits and test drives, and achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers and provide a professional brand experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Zeekr models.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly.
• Arrange and support test drives for interested customers.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions, handle objections, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system data.
• Coordinate with finance, registration, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales and handover process.
• Stay updated on Zeekr models, offers, stock availability, and market trends.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive showroom experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive sales is highly recommended.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work with targets and handle sales pressure.
• Strong follow‑up and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Professional attitude and strong ownership mindset.
