Senior Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation is looking for a Senior Social Media Coordinator to lead and enhance its digital presence. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Department, you will craft compelling content, drive storytelling, and manage campaigns across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the foundation’s pillars.
• Create and manage creative campaigns to grow followers and boost engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
• Oversee influencer collaborations and digital advertising initiatives.
• Monitor social media metrics, generate reports and refine strategies based on data.
• Handle social media crises promptly and professionally.
• Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses related to social media activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, e‑marketing, social media, public relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media coordination or a similar role.
• Strong creative mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X platforms.
• Experience in content planning, campaign management and influencer relations.
• Ability to analyse metrics and produce actionable insights.
