About the role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our agency’s social presence in Amman. The ideal candidate is creative, socially‑savvy and able to think outside the box to deliver engaging content for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create, curate and schedule original content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Generate fresh content ideas and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
- Manage and optimise paid social advertising campaigns.
- Write, plan and produce copy and visual assets for posts.
- Appear on‑camera for video content when required.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, out‑of‑the‑box ideas.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting on video.
