Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology programs from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background and extensive experience in program governance and cross‑functional delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Own program governance, milestones, risks, and overall execution across multiple teams.
• Facilitate executive‑level discussions and drive data‑driven technical decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Product and other teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• 6+ years in Technical Program Management or similar senior technical delivery role.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, QA, or development.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑team dependencies and executive communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
