Service Sale Specialist

About the role

ABB is seeking a Service Sale Specialist to drive service sales processes, generate opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area in Jordan. The role focuses on installed‑base penetration and selling the full service product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service sales for ABB Electrification products, achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and promote MV/LV switchgear extensions, protection relays, modernization, retrofit, spare parts and lifecycle service solutions.
• Prepare and manage technical and commercial offers, handling opportunities from inquiry through negotiation to order closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, understand installed base needs and identify new service opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service sales and technical/commercial offer preparation.
• Experience with medium‑voltage and low‑voltage switchgear and related service solutions.
• Knowledge of ABB protection relay families and protection & control solutions.
