Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Specialist

About the role

The Site Reliability Engineer at SITA ensures high performance and availability of critical infrastructure supporting global air travel operations. You will proactively support products, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvement in reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain support systems for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and coordination with relevant teams.
• Implement and manage automation for provisioning, deployment, self‑healing, and performance monitoring.
• Establish and monitor SLIs/SLOs, identify performance issues, and drive reliability improvements.
• Manage an event catalog, define thresholds, and develop remediation actions.
• Develop event response protocols, provide training, and ensure efficient incident handling.
• Oversee deployment quality, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate deployment plans.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code, supporting seamless DevOps integration.
