Social Media Brand Ambassador – Cosmetics (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Brand Ambassador to represent Owl Brand (Jo) in the beauty space. Working hybrid from Amman with remote flexibility, you will create and share engaging content that highlights our cosmetics, reinforces brand values, and drives community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns.
• Film, edit and publish short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook.
• Write compelling captions, posts and replies that reflect the brand voice.
• Engage with followers through comments, direct messages and live sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating tutorial‑style content.
• Interest in beauty trends and cosmetics.
• Ability to work both onsite in Amman and remotely.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred).
