Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join ThirtySix’s creative studio in Amman to shape and amplify the online presence of the agency and its clients. Working on‑site, you will craft compelling content, engage communities, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars for the agency and client brands.
• Create, write and publish posts, captions and visual assets in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor comments, messages and community interactions, escalating feedback when necessary.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and client‑facing teams to support broader brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and SMO, preferably within a creative agency.
• Strong content‑strategy and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Amman.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
