Store Manager – Luxury Children’s Fashion

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Jacadi boutique in Jordan. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering the premium customer experience that defines the Jacadi brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and business goals.
• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate store coverage.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure products are well displayed and replenished.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor store performance and prepare basic sales and operational reports.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with company policies.
• Support promotional campaigns and in‑store events.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.
• Create a positive and productive working environment for the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a 9‑hour shift and one day off per week.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
