Strategic Account Manager & Business Development

About the role

Motory.com, Jordan's leading automotive marketing, content and lead-generation platform, is looking for a Strategic Account Manager with an agency background. You will understand each client deeply and build the strategy that delivers results, for car brands and for new partners beyond automotive. The role is based in Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Research each client: brand, models or products, audience, competitors, pricing and past campaigns.
• Analyse the market: sales trends, competitor activity, search and social insights, and Motory's own audience data.
• Set clear KPIs with each client: reach, engagement, leads, test drives or sales.
• Build the strategy: choose the right mix of Motory tools (content, video, programs, lead forms, display, email and push) and plan them across the funnel.
• Turn strategy into action: proposals, campaign plans and content calendars, delivered with the content and marketing teams.
• Measure and optimise: track results against KPIs, report monthly and adjust the plan.
• Grow the business: renew and upsell automotive clients, and win new non-automotive partners such as banks, insurers, telecoms, fuel and tyre brands.

Required profile

• 3-5 years at an advertising, media or digital agency, in account management, strategy or planning.
• Proven experience building client strategies from research and data, with examples you can share.
• Understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to set and track KPIs.
• A network among brands and marketing managers in Jordan.
• Fluent Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills: market data, campaign analytics, Excel or Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Clear storytelling in proposals and presentations.
