TA Access Manager – Market Access & Pricing Lead

About the role

The TA Access Manager is responsible for designing and executing access strategies that support product launch, lifecycle management, and market performance. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role translates global guidance into locally relevant plans and ensures alignment with business priorities and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee integrated access and pricing plans, adapting global guidance to local market conditions.
• Identify barriers to access and payer acceptance, and create healthcare system readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate early‑stage activities by consolidating inputs from Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and other functions.
• Partner with Therapeutic Area Leads, Medical, Commercial, Policy and Field teams to achieve favourable access outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with payers, health authorities and other external stakeholders, integrating their feedback into plan refinements.
• Maintain and evolve value propositions for in‑market brands and support lifecycle activities such as submission renewals and HTA updates.
• Provide business insight and performance management inputs to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, pricing or health‑economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong ability to work in a matrix environment and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills with payers, health authorities and internal partners.
• Analytical mindset to translate market insights into actionable access plans.
