Team Lead - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

Future Beacon is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from concept to completion. You will manage on‑site engineering teams, coordinate FAT and SAT activities, and ensure seamless delivery for clients across the Middle East, South Asia, the Far East, and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers on‑site, guaranteeing projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with clients and partners.
• Prepare and review machine documentation, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive communication.
• Travel to project locations to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support installations.
• Identify market opportunities and propose ideas to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or team‑lead roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (minimum CEFR B2).
• Proven ability to produce clear documentation and professional correspondence in both languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple regions.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, FAT/SAT procedures, and site construction.
