Technical Product & Project Manager

About the role

Fekra AI builds AI-driven software solutions, enterprise web applications and scalable SaaS platforms. It is looking for a Technical Product & Project Manager in Amman to bridge business vision, user requirements and technical execution, leading the full lifecycle of its live production products. The workplace is hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote).

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Product Backlog and Roadmap, turn business and user needs into User Stories, acceptance criteria and feature specs, and document workflows, API integrations and OCR processes.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews) and plan work in Jira by Epics, Tasks and Subtasks.
• Coordinate Frontend (React), Backend (Python, Django, FastAPI), Automation and QA teams, define testing scope, track bugs and support release cycles.
• Identify risks and dependencies, resolve bottlenecks and facilitate knowledge transfer and handovers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical PM, Product Owner or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Bachelor's degree or strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Arabic and English verbal and written communication.
