About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer to promote VUZ subscriptions over the phone. You will engage potential users, explain product features, and guide them through the payment process.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage user contact lists.
- Make up to 200 outbound calls daily, presenting VUZ benefits and collecting payment information.
- Send introductory and follow‑up emails to nurture leads.
- Assist users with app usage, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Gather shipping details for giveaways and maintain accurate user records.
- Monitor contact preferences and ensure compliance with do‑not‑call requests.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer‑service role.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complaints.
- Persistent, results‑oriented, and patient when facing rejection.
