Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Specialist

About the role

Zumot Group is seeking a creative, hands‑on Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Specialist to support a portfolio of international FMCG and premium lifestyle brands in Amman. The role blends market‑side execution with digital and AI‑driven design, ensuring brand guidelines are translated into compelling point‑of‑sale and promotional assets.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt international brand toolkits into POS materials, digital content and other marketing assets.
• Use AI‑powered design and image‑generation tools to create, resize and improve assets quickly.
• Liaise with regional and international brand teams and supplier partners on campaigns, approvals and launches.
• Conduct regular market visits to audit execution, capture photos, identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with printers, production houses and POS suppliers, managing quotations, negotiations, production timelines and quality control.
• Support brand activations, product launches, promotions, events and trade‑marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Propose new creative ideas and solutions rather than waiting for direction.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Degree or background in Marketing, Graphic Design, Branding, Communications, Business or related field.
• Strong interest and practical knowledge of AI tools for design and content creation.
• Basic graphic‑design knowledge and a keen visual eye; traditional graphic‑design expertise not required.
• Good smartphone photography and content‑capture skills.
• Creative, commercially minded and able to understand how brands appear in the real market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
